Kristi Lu (Davis) Harris, age 60, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at home. She was born October 24, 1958 to Billy H. Davis and Nancy (Ruppert) Davis in Indianapolis, Indiana. Kristi married Richard “Steve” Harris on June 29, 1979.

She graduated from EHHS and furthered her education at Indiana Business College. She was currently working towards her associates degree in Theological and Applied Ministry at Evangel Bible Institute. Kris was charismatic and compelling in all of her devotions. She enjoyed bird watching, reading and coloring, but her greatest loves were her children, grandchildren and her church.

Kristi is survived by her husband, Richard “Steve” Harris; sons, Rick Harris, Jeff (Chrissy) Harris, and John (Brandi) Harris; her mother, Nancy; her sister, Kelli (Freddie) Miller; and 14 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and a granddaughter.

A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, July 8th at 5:30 pm at Evangel Christian Church 1221 E Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140. Pastor Larry Fanning will be officiating. Memorial contributions, made in her name, may be made by mail to Evangel Christian Church at the above address.
